About the Event
Join Char for an online flow class that is sure to get your body moving, release tension, shift your mood and calm your mind with the sooting sounds of live guitar. This is a donation based class.
Once you've RSVP'd you'll receive an email with the Zoom Meeting ID link.
Props are not required, but feel free to add extra cushioning for your kness, or support for your body.
Some recommended home props:
Yoga mat (or) carpeted/padded floor
Chair for stability
